Modern slavery statement.

Financial year ending 2026

Our commitment

EH Care has a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking. We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings and to implementing effective systems and controls to ensure modern slavery is not taking place anywhere in our own operations or in our supply chain.

Our organisation

EH Care operates Ofsted-regulated residential homes for children and young people in Warwickshire. Our supply chain is limited and predominantly UK-based, covering property maintenance, food, household supplies, training providers and professional services.

Policies & due diligence

Our safeguarding, recruitment and procurement policies are designed to identify and mitigate the risks of modern slavery. We apply safer recruitment practices including enhanced DBS checks, right-to-work verification, structured references and value-based interviews for every member of staff.

Training & awareness

All staff receive safeguarding training that includes recognising the signs of modern slavery, trafficking and exploitation, and the routes for raising concerns internally and externally.

Reporting concerns

Anyone with concerns about modern slavery connected to EH Care can contact us in confidence at hello@eh-care.co.uk. Concerns can also be reported to the Modern Slavery Helpline on 08000 121 700.
