Our commitment

Safeguarding, always.

Children and young people have the right to be safe, and to feel safe. That principle shapes every decision we make.

Safer recruitment

Every team member goes through enhanced DBS checks, robust referencing and structured value-based interviews before working with our young people.

Ongoing training

All staff complete trauma-informed and safeguarding training, refreshed annually and reinforced through reflective supervision.

Child voice

Young people have clear, age-appropriate routes to raise concerns, including independent advocates and direct access to senior leaders.

External scrutiny

We welcome inspection and audit as essential to our practice. Findings are acted on transparently and quickly.

Information sharing

We work in close partnership with local authorities, schools, health services and families to keep young people safe.

Continuous review

Every incident is reviewed, every policy is living. Learning is shared across all our homes.
